Frequently  Asked Questions

What is a retreat experience like?

Our retreat is an intimate, unique, personalised experience designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self and nature’s cycles. You’ll enjoy daily holistic treatments, yoga, conscious breathing and meditation along with nourishing organic meals and plenty of time for self-reflection, long walks, and gorgeous cleansing waters. A key feature of all the retreat is our Psilocybin Mushroom Ceremony, which offers reawakening of your creativity and deep spiritual healing.

Why are the treatments essential for healing?

The treatments are a vital part of your healing journey, as they address pain, realign your body, restore energy flow and help release emotional and physical imbalances. Our osteopathy, Shiatsu, and energy work sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation and vitality, allowing you to experience a profound sense of well-being and harmony.

Is psilocybin legal in Spain?

Psilocybin mushrooms are not legal to sell in Spain. However, the law around their personal use is less defined. Possession for personal, private use is not treated as a criminal offence and ceremonies are held with this understanding.

At our retreats, psilocybin is never sold or exchanged commercially — it is offered as a sacred and loving gift within a safe, supportive setting. Everything is held with care, respect, and responsibility.

What is the difference between Microdosing and Macrodosing?

Microdosing involves taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of psilocybin mushrooms on a regular schedule, often every few days. The goal is not to experience noticeable psychedelic effects but to subtly enhance focus, creativity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. It’s often used as a tool for improving daily functioning and fostering a sense of clarity and presence.

Macrodosing, on the other hand, refers to taking a larger, perceptual dose of psilocybin mushrooms. This is intended to facilitate deep personal growth, emotional healing, and profound insights. A macrodose can lead to a powerful experience that allows for emotional release, self-reflection, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world.

At the retreat, we focus on macrodosing, providing a safe and supportive environment to guide you through an experience that promotes emotional healing, self-discovery, and inner growth.
